These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bootflow WooCommerce XML & CSV Importer plugin and the Bootflow.io website, operated by Matīss Zvaigzne ("we", "us", "our"). By using our plugin or purchasing a PRO license, you agree to these Terms.
Bootflow WooCommerce XML & CSV Importer is a WordPress plugin that allows you to import product data from XML and CSV files into WooCommerce. It is available in two versions:
The free version is open source software released under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPL-2.0). You may use, modify, and distribute it in accordance with that license.
Upon purchase of a PRO license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bootflow PRO plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan. You may not:
The PRO license is valid for the subscription period purchased. Annual and monthly plans require renewal to continue receiving updates and support.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, you agree to their terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PRO purchases. If you are not satisfied with Bootflow PRO for any reason, contact us at matiss.zvaigzne@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds requested after 30 days are at our discretion.
PRO license holders are entitled to email support. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support is provided in English and Latvian.
The free version is supported through the WordPress.org support forums on a best-effort basis.
Active PRO license holders receive plugin updates for the duration of their subscription. Lifetime license holders receive updates indefinitely. We reserve the right to change pricing for future renewals with reasonable notice.
The plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the plugin at your own risk.
We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your WordPress database and files before running any import operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matīss Zvaigzne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugin, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or damage to your store.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active PRO customers of significant changes by email. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
